Singapore indoor air quality assessment protocol
Measure. Treat. Verify.

Evidence for a healthier indoor space.

Healthy Space is an independent assessment protocol for premises treated with SmartCoat and other anti-pollutant solutions. We measure indoor air before and after treatment, document the result and issue a time-bound certificate when the defined criteria are met.

A clear chain of evidence

From indoor air concern to verified result.

The protocol connects assessment, intervention and post-treatment verification. The certificate records what was tested, when it was tested and the criteria used.

01 / ASSESS

Establish the baseline

Review the space, occupancy, ventilation and likely pollutant sources. Measure agreed parameters under documented conditions.

02 / TREAT

Apply the right controls

Use source removal, ventilation, filtration, maintenance, SmartCoat or another suitable anti-pollutant intervention.

03 / VERIFY

Test the outcome

Repeat measurements under comparable conditions. Qualifying premises receive a numbered, dated certificate and registry entry.

Designed for occupied spaces

Useful across high-care environments.

Assessment scope is adapted to the site, its occupants and its operating conditions.

Care

Hospitals and eldercare

Focus on sensitive occupants, cleaning chemistry, ventilation and ongoing facility controls.

Learn

Schools and childcare

Focus on occupancy, outdoor haze, carbon dioxide, particles and material emissions.

Work

Offices, banks and hospitality

Focus on comfort, pollutant sources, HVAC performance and transparent assurance.

Certificate integrity

Specific, traceable and time-bound.

A Healthy Space certificate is evidence of conditions recorded at the time of assessment. It does not replace statutory approvals, WELL Certification or professional advice.

Defined scope

Every assessment states the premises, zones, test parameters, methods and acceptance criteria.

Documented evidence

Results are linked to a unique certificate number, issue date and recommended review date.

Public verification

Visitors can check current certification status through the open Healthy Space registry.
